We want to let you know you’re welcome here. No matter your current shape, age, or ability: you are exactly the kind of person we want to work with and be around, a person that wants to work hard, have fun, and be better.
All you need to do is fill out the form below and we will schedule a complementary introductory session, you’ll meet with a coach, we’ll discuss your goals, answer your questions, and run you through an intro to CrossFit workout.
At the end of the workout, we will discuss next steps and membership options
In each session, a coach will be dedicated to teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in CrossFit, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a CrossFit workout. We guarantee you will get sweaty, have fun, and be proud of what you accomplished.
Once you are competent in the movements we use daily in CrossFit you may graduate to our regular CrossFit classes and get the full CrossFit experience!
