Jillian Werring

Other than a short-lived career as a high school volleyball player, I would never have considered myself an athlete, until I came to PSKC in 2019. The coaches and members helped me come out of my shell and gave me the tools to build my mental and physical strength. They helped me build my confidence in the gym and in my life. In December of 2020, I earned my CF-OL1 and started coaching straight after, since that time I've gone on to earn my Level 2 Certificate. My goal has been to encourage those who walk in the doors to embrace who they are and develop their confidence through fitness and community, just as I did.
