What Our Gym Offers

CrossFit

The goal of our program is to produce mentally and physically strong and capable humans. You will be exposed to a wide variety of strength and conditioning disciplines ranging from kettlebell training, Olympic lifting, gymnastics, rowing, running, jumping.

ERGOUT

ERGOUT is high heart rate, high energy, fast paced and fun. These workouts focus on using the Concept2 BikeErg, RowErg, and SkiErg machines in combination with bodyweight and kettlebell exercises. The end result is a 30-45 minute workout sweat session.

Open Gym

Open Gym is a great opportunity to get an extra workout and/or work on some skills or weightlifting. Open gym is offered during the day in between the normal class schedule and is available free of charge to current members only.

Personal Training

If you’re looking for one on one personal training or have a specific goal you wanting to achieve we have numerous certified performance coaches that would love to work with you and empower you to achieve your goals.
