The goal of our program is to produce mentally and physically strong and capable humans. You will be exposed to a wide variety of strength and conditioning disciplines ranging from kettlebell training, Olympic lifting, gymnastics, rowing, running, jumping. Anything that increases your capacity for work, we will do it. Our program is designed to get you the best physical condition of your life. This is guaranteed, however more importantly to us is the mental toughness you will achieve through our program.

Each class is an hour long and you will be exposed to a wide variety of strength and conditioning tools and disciplines. A typical class begins with a group warmup/mobility session, then we start our strength/skill session for the day, and end with conditioning work that can vary from 5-30 minutes. Each class is led by an instructor/coach whose passion is to teach you the correct and safe way to move your body with and without external load. We don’t simply turn the clock on and let you go. We guide, instruct, mentor, and push when is necessary.
