Born and raised in Scioto County. I always wondered what it would be like to be fit, to have energy, to be capable of walking up a flight of stairs without stopping because I was out of breath. It wasn’t until I discovered CrossFit and the amazing people at PSKC, that I unlocked my true potential, and now I get to help others do the same.
